One of the most pleasant surprises for me last year at the theater was how awesome The Maze Runner turned out to be. It’s the rare series where I haven’t read the books, and I’ve kept myself from reading the rest of James Dashner’s series so I can go into The Scorch Trials not knowing any more than what I do from this first trailer, which looks fantastic. Aiden Gillen (Game of Thrones), Lili Taylor, Nathalie Emmanuel (Furious 7) and Giancarlo Esposito (Breaking Bad) join the cast as the trials continue on September 18, 2015.
Just watched Maze Runner last week and I was very surprised how good it was, not in the blew my mind way but in the just plain keeping me interested and invested way. Looking forward to part two.
