  1. Wow! This might not show much, but it looks surprisingly good! Can I allow myself to hope that Pixar is on the rebound?

    1. The buzz surrounding Inside Out is intense. Even if Good Dinosaur disappoints, at least we will be getting one Pixar masterpiece this year.

  2. What a cool what-if premise. Combine that with the premise for Inside Out, and Pixar is taking chances like never before.

Dave, is Pixar still considering a Mexican Day of the Dead movie? Or were they scared off by the subject matter, or possibly The Book of Life?

    1. Well, del Toro just did that kind of with Book of LIfe (which I need to see), so as far as I know it’s in the nebulous planning stages with no active release date.

      1. Book of Life officially unseated Beetlejuice as the most good-spirited film ever made about death. Everything Del Toro touches is beyond amazing. I would still love to see Pixar’s take on the theme though.
