Furious 7 Blu Ray & DVD Date and Details (Extended Version)

Furious 7

Furious 7, to me, remains to most stunning hit of the year.  This movie is only Titanic and Avatar in terms of global box office. That is astounding.  The seventh entry in a series is the third highest grossing film of all-time.  What’s more, it’s REALLY good and all of this was done in the shadow of the tragedy of Paul Walker’s death, which the film handled in a classy and laudable manner.  I absolutely have to see how some of the stunts in the film were done so this is a day one purchase for me.  BluRay.com has your full rundown on what goodies Universal has in store for your home theater when Furious 7 roars in on September 15, 2015.
Paul Walker, Furious 7

Universal (New)Universal Pictures Home Entertainment has officially announced and detailed the Blu-ray release of director James Wan’s Furious 7, which stars Vin Diesel, Paul Walker, Dwayne Johnson, Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Chris “Ludacris” Bridges, Jordana Brewster, Djimon Hounsou, Tony Jaa, Ronda Rousey, Nathalie Emmanuel, Kurt Russell and Jason Statham. The high octane sequel arrives on Blu-ray/DVD/Digital HD combo pack on September 15th.

Grossing over $1.5 billion dollars worldwide at the box office, Furious 7 tears up the screen with more gravity-defying stunts, adrenaline-fueled fight scenes and pulse-pounding action than ever before. The Blu-ray features the all new extended edition with even more explosive thrills, along with the official music video of the chart-topping “See You Again” performed by Wiz Khalifa and Charlie Puth and over 90 minutes of exclusive bonus features, making an indispensable addition to the Fast franchise collection.

Furious 7

The entire Fast & Furious cast unites in purpose for an epic international adventure, hunted by a cold-blooded black-ops assassin with a score to settle (Jason Statham), their only hope is to get behind the wheel again and secure an ingenious prototype tracking device. Facing their greatest threat yet in places as far away as Abu Dhabi and as familiar as the Los Angeles streets they call home, the crew must come together once again as a team, and as a family, to protect their own.
