I’m actually fine with this. I did not think any of the performances, aside from Jesse Eisenberg’s worst comic movie villain since Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Mr. Freeze, was the problem in Batman vs. Superman. The problem was Zach Snyder can’t direct and the script had SIX writers. I’ll pick David Goyer and blame him since he’s written fantastic things. I think the same situation is what tanked the 2003 Daredevil movie, not Affleck. This time, especially, I feel sorry for him because he had to want to choke out Zach Snyder and scream I HAVE WON AN OSCAR FOR DOING YOUR JOB!!! Affleck is a terrific director, has another Oscar for screenplay, so having him in control of all facets makes me hopeful for THIS installment of the DCCU. More below from Coming Soon.
