Ralph Breaks the Internet: Wreck-It Ralph 2 Trailer #1 (2018) *So. Many. Princesses.*

Ralph Breaks the Internet: Wreck-It Ralph 2 leaves Litwak’s video arcade behind, venturing into the uncharted, expansive and thrilling world of the internet—which may or may not survive Ralph’s wrecking. Video game bad guy Ralph (voice of John C. Reilly) and fellow misfit Vanellope von Schweetz (voice of Sarah Silverman) must risk it all by traveling to the world wide web in search of a replacement part to save Vanellope’s video game, Sugar Rush. In way over their heads, Ralph and Vanellope rely on the citizens of the internet—the netizens—to help navigate their way, including a website entrepreneur named Yesss (voice of Taraji P. Henson), who is the head algorithm and the heart and soul of trend-making site “BuzzzTube.”

The film will also include a team up of all the Disney Princesses including Auli‘i Cravalho (Moana), Kristen Bell (Anna in Frozen), Kelly Macdonald (Merida in Brave), Mandy Moore (Rapunzel in Tangled), Anika Noni Rose (Tiana in The Princess and the Frog), Irene Bedard (Pocahontas), Linda Larkin (Jasmine in Aladdin), Paige O’Hara (Belle in Beauty and the Beast) and Jodi Benson (Ariel in The Little Mermaid).

Directed by Rich Moore (Zootopia, Wreck-It Ralph) and Phil Johnston (co-writer Wreck-It Ralph, Cedar Rapids, co-writer Zootopia), and produced by Clark Spencer, Ralph Breaks the Internet: Wreck-Ralph 2 hits theaters on November 21.

Giant Guardians of the Galaxy On-the-Set Gallery

Marvel, Guardians of the Galaxy

Shooting is about at the midway point on Guardians of the Galaxy: film #4 in the Marvel Cinematic Universe‘s second phase.  I’ve loved everything I’ve seen and heard about this movie, and I think it’s going to be the surprise breakout film of the second phase.  I have always loved Marvel’s cosmic characters, but never in a million years did I think they’d be getting their own movie.  Coming Soon has a slew of photographs from a shoot they did this weekend on London’s Millennium Bridge.  As we saw when Captain America was in Cleveland, if a Marvel film is in town, people will dangle themselves from ledges to get production shots.  This particular sequence seems to involve the Nova Corps escorting a group of fleeing civilians across a bridge where they are clearly fleeing from something.  Obviously, this is going to be a film with a lot of CGI and post-production additions so this is raw.

Directed by James Gunn, the August 1, 2014 release stars Chris Pratt, Dave Bautista, Zoe Saldana, Michael Rooker, Ophelia Lovibond, Benicio Del Toro, Lee Pace, Karen Gillan, Djimon Honsou. Glenn Close and John C. Reilly.  Additionally, the newest rumor surrounding Vin Diesel and the MCU is that he’ll be voicing Groot in this film.  Groot, for the uneducated, is a giant anthropomorphic tree whose entire vocabulary consists of screaming I AM GROOT!  Only Rocket Raccoon can understand his meaning.  There’s going to be a movie with Groot and Rocket Raccoon…what geek heaven am I living in here?
