DC has premiered the trailers for its six live-action fall shows.  Arrow, Black Lightning, DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, The Flash, and Supergirl return to The CW this fall.  DC’s future plans for TV are centered around their DCU Streaming Service.  The new service was unveiled at Comic-Con and the trailer for the service’s first show, Titans, was unveiled.  DC plans to add live-action Swamp Thing, Doom Patrol, and Stargirl shows next year as well as animated series featuring Young Justice and Harley Quinn.  The only DC show that wasn’t trailer-ready for Comic-Con was SyFy’s Krypton.  The Superman prequel show announced it would be returning in early 2019 and that season two’s big bad would be intergalactic bounty hunter Lobo.

POLL: Which Female Hero Deserves a Solo Film Next?

Wonder Woman‘s success with critics and at the box office is going to finally make studios look at giving heroines the lead in upcoming comic book films.  A few are in the works, some have long been rumored, but who MOST deserves a solo film of their own ASAP?

Wonder Woman, Batwoman, DC Comics

And before you ask, I’ve excluded Harley Quinn, Poison Ivy, and Catwoman as they are slated to appear together next in David Ayer’s Gotham City Sirens.  Captain Marvel and Batgirl already have solo films in pre-production, Zatanna will be part of Justice League Dark, and Jessica Jones and Elektra are central figures in Marvel’s Netflix Shows.  So pick your favorite, cast your vote, and we’ll come up with our site champion for Disney, FOX, or WB!

She Hulk, Medusa, Captain Marvel, Spider-Woman, Scarlet Witch, Marvel Comics

Comic Con Trailers for Arrow, Flash, Supergirl, Gotham, and DC’s Legends of Tomorrow New Seasons

While Marvel kicks DC’s tail in the movie theater, it’s pretty much even with the quality of the TV shows the publishers put out (much to the benefit of fans).  DC doesn’t have a mature show line like Marvel does on Netflix, but their usurpation of The CW with Arrow still fantastic into its fifth year, Flash just as good into its third, Supergirl moving over from CBS for season two, DC’s Legends of Tomorrow taking on The Legion of Doom in season 2, and Gotham getting ready for The Court of Owls in season three, that’s a pretty solid line-up for fans to look forward to this fall.  Comic Con had trailers for all five series for you to check out below.

Trailer Time: Injustice Gods Among Us 2 Announcement Teaser (Xbox, Playstation – 2017)

Injustice Gods Among Us was one of the best, most addictive fighting games that I’ve ever played.  It was based on story, and that story has continued in the comics (where they’re currently in Year Five after the destruction of Metropolis).  The sequel looks to drop in March of next year.  Batman, Superman, Flash, Aquaman, Supergirl, Atrocitus and Gorilla Grodd are the only seven characters confirmed so far, but the press releases are touting a very deep roster, so expect that number to grow.  Dynasty on YouTube has a few more details on gameplay before he starts freaking out about microtransactions (once that starts, just tune him out as we’re 10 months away from release and that seems like really premature freak out.  With E3 next week, expect a lot of video game announcements coming up!

PS – Is it just me or does the voice in the trailer sound like Bryan Cranston?
