Complete Achievement List for ReCore (2016-Xbox One, PC)

*From Wikipedia
ReCore is an action-adventure shooter game played from a third-person view, centering around Joule and her robotic companions, whose function is to aid her in combat and puzzle solving; these six types of creatures are amenable to improvement, should players find the blueprints and materials to do so, which grants upgrades to their attack and defense. Players can level up Joule’s weapons and vitality. Ranged weapons have four kinds of ammunition distinguished by color, each with a purpose to take down the enemy with a matching color. Furthermore, if one of Joule’s companions matches the color of an enemy, it will thus inflict more damage in combat. Joule also wields a grappling hook that she uses to navigate across platforms and extract her enemies’ energy cores.[3][4] Removing a power core from one location to another and high-flying environmental challenges represent the puzzle solving.[5]

ReCore is a Microsoft exclusive and will release for Xbox One and PC on September 13, 2016.  Achievements below courtesy of the web’s nexus for achievement addicts: xboxachievements.com Continue reading Complete Achievement List for ReCore (2016-Xbox One, PC)

Complete Achievement List for Quantum Break (Xbox One, PC – 2016)

Quantum Break has had a loooong journey to store shelves.  The time-bending action adventure game has been delayed for years, but if the early reviews are any indication, Remedy was right to take the time to get the game right.  An Xbox One exclusive, an increasing rarity in these days, Quantum Break will be available for the masses tomorrow: April 6. 2015.  As always, your cheevo list is courtesy of the peerless xboxachievements.com. Complete Achievement List for HALO 5: Guardians (Xbox One – 2015) PLUS LAUNCH TRAILER

If you’ve noticed 60 GB of your Xbox One hard drive disappear lately, you probably pre-ordered HALO 5: Guardians, which Microsoft has begun pre-loading on consoles around the world.  The game launches October 27th exclusively on Xbox One.  The game is the first in the franchise with a T-rating (I never really thought it warranted an M half the time anyway) and follows, what I thought was the best game in the franchise: HALO 4.  Check out the launch trailer and your full achievement list, the latter courtesy of the outstanding xboxachievments.com Continue reading Complete Achievement List for HALO 5: Guardians (Xbox One – 2015) PLUS LAUNCH TRAILER

Complete Achievement/Trophy List for Call of Duty: Black Ops III (Xbox, Playstation – 2015)

This has been one of the best games for video games in recent memory already and with HALO 5, Fallout 4 and Star Wars: Battlefront still in front of us, I kind of forget that Call of Duty: Black Ops III is coming out.  It releases the same day as SPECTRE (November 6, 2015), so it’s not even the biggest media event of that day on my horizon.  That being said, I don’t play CoD multiplayer (I know, I’m the only one who plays the story) and I’m sure the game will sell 10 million copies without me and make as much bank as SPECTRE will.  Cheevos and trophies below, courtesy as always of the peerless xboxachievements.com.

Complete Achievement List for Forza Motorsport 6 (2015 – XBOX One)

I play a lot of video games.  Even for people who play a lot of video games, I play a LOT of video games.  There are; however, genres of games that I just plain suck at.  Fighting games, for example.  I am every bit as likely to get beat up in a fighting game as I am in a real fight, whether I can generate a fireball with my fist or not.  Racing games used to fall under this category, as I am somewhat infamous for my misadventures behind the wheel of automobiles.  This summer, though, I underwent a Forza-renaissance.  I poured at least 200 hours into Forza Horizon 2 and Forza Motorsport 5.  I have no idea what spawned this sudden burst of simulated competency, but I have Forza Motorsport 6 pre-ordered for its September 15, 2015 release.  FM6 is an Xbox One-exclusive.  For all your cheevos, read below courtesy of the cheevo temple of the Internet: xboxachievements.com.
