Star Wars Clone Wars

REMINDER: Star Wars Clone Wars on Netflix Tomorrow

On March 7, 2014 (TOMORROW), the entire Star Wars Clone Wars saga will be coming to Netflix.  Not just the five seasons and the movie that started it all, but 13 final episodes that will serve to wrap up series storylines and set the stage for the next Star Wars animation series: Star Wars Rebels.  Netflix and Disney today released a jaw-dropping trailer of feature-film quality that is going to have Star Wars fans freeze-framing every second. The main storylines that, to me, need to be resolved are:
1. Establishing if Darth Maul and Asajj Ventress survive.  We don’t need to know where they’re going, but that they’re available would be good to know.
2. The nature of the Force.  Yoda is dealing with this; contacted by Qui-Gonn and apparently a reason for him choosing Dagobah as his place of exile will very much be established (traveling to the SITH HOMEWORLD?????).  There’s also the issues brought up in the “Mortis” storyline that were very much left at a place where they needed revisiting at a later date.
3. Ahsoka.  Anakin’s former Padawan is at a critical juncture.  It’s conceivable that she could be kept alive and go into hiding, knowing Anakin better than most and already wary of his dark nature.  It’s more likely the character who grew the most on me over the series isn’t going to make it out alive.  She’s very noticeably absent from this trailer.  I wonder if they might possibly not address it and she pops up in Rebels…

In these eagerly anticipated episodes of “Star Wars: The Clone Wars,” some of the deepest mysteries of the conflict between the light and the dark sides of the Force are revealed. An intrepid clone trooper discovers a shocking secret, Anakin Skywalker’s closest relationship is tested to its limits and what Master Yoda discovers while investigating the disappearance of a Jedi could forever change the balance of power in the galaxy. Anakin Skywalker, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Ahsoka Tano, Yoda, Star Wars Clone Wars
