Killing Time – August 14, 2014 (Robin Williams)

Star Wars Episode VII: Mark Hamill is Sporting a Kenobi Beard!!!

If you want to see how Mark Hamill’s going to be looking in Episode VII, I have two words for you: Kenobi Beard.  This set photo comes from Bryan Fuller.  Production is ramping back up now that Harrison Ford is on the mend.  Hamill is sporting a distinctly Alec Guiness-like beard that only lends more credence to the idea that Luke will be either missing or have isolated himself as did Kenobi and Yoda before him.  Episode VII still opens on December 18, 2015.  I can’t use the Force to move it closer.  Trust me….I gave myself a migraine trying.lukebeard

Trailer Time: Mortdecai Trailer #1 (2015)

Lionsgate has debuted the trailer for the upcoming Mortdecai, starring Johnny Depp in the title role.  Can Depp rebound from his last few ….dozen (it feels like) movies?

Juggling some angry Russians, the British Mi5, his impossibly leggy wife and an international terrorist, debonair art dealer and part-time rogue Charlie Mortdecai (Johnny Depp) must traverse the globe armed only with his good looks and special charm in a race to recover a stolen painting rumored to contain the code to a lost bank account filled with Nazi gold.

Also starring Gwyneth Paltrow, Ewan McGregor, Olivia Munn, Jeff Goldblum and Paul Bettany, Mortdecai is directed by David Koepp and hits theaters February 6, 2015.
